He happened to be visiting the building, and, in his signature gracious style, he introduced himself, shook our hands, and thanked us for visiting. Though he was aware of me from my work bringing high-profile clients to his properties, I'm sure he didn't recognize me so his warm welcome was a genuine gesture to a stranger.”
